The above list comprises members of the Tibetan Spaniel Association of Victoria Inc.  This is a new venture by the TSAV in June 2006 to promote our Member's Tibbies.  These links are paid advertisements.  Some of our members breed and show Tibbies and may have puppies available, others have a love for the breed and wish to show their dogs off on our web site.  Feel free to contact any of them for information about puppies or the breed in general.

In providing you with this list the Tibetan Spaniel Association of Victoria Inc makes no representations as to the reputation of any member or as to the soundness or suitability of any puppy you may decide to acquire from any member.  You must satisfy yourself that any puppy you may decide to acquire is healthy, sound and meets your requirements.

The Tibetan Spaniel Association of Victoria Inc accepts no responsibility in respect of the information contained in this list or in respect of any puppy that you may decide to acquire from any member on this list.

Some points to consider when choosing your Tibbie:

Tibetan Spaniels are a beautiful breed of dog with a temperament to match, they love being a part of the family and as time goes by you will soon come to realise that you no longer own them - they own you!

Tibetan Spaniels are not a kennel dog and therefore should not be subjected to that type of situation - the environmental conditions they live in is most important to their temperament in the long term.

Potential buyers should avoid any breeder who mass produces large numbers of puppies from large numbers of dogs, WHERE TOO MANY DOGS ARE BEING KEPT AND CANNOT RECEIVE THE INDIVIDUAL ATTENTION AS REQUIRED.

In Australia we recommend to make your selection from a reputable breeder who is registered with the governing Canine Association of the state and are covered by the Australian National Kennel Council (
ANKC) code of ethics.
